So as everyone was asking for, here are the requirements for ranking up .

Rank 1:
Skylight Guardians
New Members, they have no authority ^^
No Requirements

Rank 2:
Phoenix Raiders
Members of this division can seek out other members but cannot test them ^^
15 posts on forums, rank test

Rank 3:
Hurricane Bringers
Members on this division are experts of this team and can help with questions and can do anything under their rank.
Achieve Phoenix Raiders rank, rank test

Rank 4:
Star Gazers
Members on this division are our forum mods and admin and can do anything under their rank.
Achieve Hurricane Bringers rank, 30 post, rank test

Rank 5:
Sky Breakers, Storm Monarchs
Members on Sky Breakers can give advice on other's decks and test them and also do anything under their rank.
Members on Storm Monarchs can do recruit tests and do anything under their rank.
Achieve Star Gazers, participate in 2 team activities, rank test

Rank 6
Dimensional Dragons
Members in this division can rank new members and do anything under their rank
Achieve Sky Breakers/ Storm Monarchs, participate in 3 team activities, rank test

Rank 7
Fallen Angels
Deck makers of the team and can do anything under their rank
Achieve DD, 50 posts, Win 5 Deck Making Challenges rank test OR team top contributor of the year

Rank 8
Blizzard Dragons
Members here specify on doing analysis on wars and can do anything under their rank.
Achieve Fallen Angels, rank test

Rank 9
Dragon Riders
Members here can post kick lists and make new rules and do anything under their rank
Rank Test, Top Contributor

Rank 10
Sky Divinities
Admin
Top Contrib, Rank test

Yay XD glad i can finally see what i should strive to get in order to continue up the ranks
